In 1972, Miriam Cruz and her husband Jose A. Cruz Sr., Cuban exiles, pursued their American dream in South Florida by launching successful Real Estate careers in their new country.
They achieved tremendous success selling large tracts of commercial and residential land to some of the most powerful players in Florida and across the country: Lennar, Arvida, Shoma, and F & R among others. At the same time they sold hundreds of homes.
They established, along with their children Annie and Joe, Select Properties of America, Inc., which has remained a prominent boutique firm since 1988. In the 21st century, Select Properties Of America has moved close to $1 Billion in commercial and residential Real Estate.
In 2018, Annie Cruz, along with Joe, expanded their family legacy by founding Select International Realty. At Select International, we believe in fostering long lasting partnerships with elite buyers and developers. We travel throughout the world to places like Canada, Spain, Argentina and Mexico to name just a few. Our Select teams work closely with our clients to direct them to the most exclusive and beautiful new communities in Florida.
